Infini Tours El Salvador, operated by Ventura Global Experiences, S.A. de C.V., provides guided tours, transportation services, shuttle services and travel experiences across El Salvador. By booking any service with Infini Tours, travelers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Full payment is required to confirm any booking unless otherwise specified. 
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). 
• Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, PayPal, Wompi, bank transfer or other authorized payment gateways. 
• Availability is subject to confirmation.

• More than 15 days before departure: 80% refund. 
• 10 to 15 days before departure: 75% refund. 
• Less than 7 days before departure: non-refundable. 

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on operational arrangements, accommodations or special services booked. 

• In case of unsafe weather conditions, volcanic activity, road closures or situations beyond our control, Infini Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel the experience. 
• Alternative tours, rescheduling options or partial/full refunds may be offered depending on the situation.

• Travelers who fail to appear at the confirmed meeting point and time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and no refund will apply. 
• Shared tours operate on schedule to respect all travelers.

• Pickup times are confirmed one day before departure. 
• Travelers must be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. 
• Vehicle type may vary depending on group size, luggage capacity and operational availability. 
• Infini Tours operates modern air-conditioned vehicles, including SUVs, vans and other transportation units.

• Some activities involve hiking, uneven terrain, stairs, volcanic trails or physical effort. 
• Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition before booking. 
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by guides and local authorities during the experience.

• Infini Tours prioritizes traveler safety at all times. 
• Guides and staff reserve the right to modify routes, stop activities or deny participation if safety conditions require it. 
• Access to certain volcanic craters, viewpoints or protected areas may be restricted by Salvadoran authorities without prior notice.

• Infini Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by weather, natural events, traffic conditions, strikes, political situations or other force majeure events. 
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transportation services.

We highly recommend all travelers purchase personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, accidents and personal belongings.

Photos and videos taken during experiences may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless travelers request otherwise in writing before the activity.

• Infini Tours promotes responsible and meaningful tourism. 
• Travelers are expected to respect local communities, nature, guides, drivers and fellow travelers during all experiences.
